BILLING POLICY


General Billing

Usage of The Inner Circle services constitutes customer's acceptance of The Inner Circle billing policy, and all customers must comply with this billing policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all accounts are set up on a prepaid basis, and payment must be received by The Inner Circle before any billable product or service is provided/activated. Customers are required to keep a valid credit/debit card on file to charge for recurring monthly subscription fees. Subscription billing is based on availability of services, not based on usage. Customers are responsible for keeping all credit/debit card details and contact information current. Payment receipts are available to customers upon processed payments. By purchasing the Inner Circle Membership, the customer agrees to a 12 month program commitment.

To join the Inner Circle, a one-time enrollment fee of $3500 is required. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with maintaining our exclusive community, the onboarding process, as well as ensuring that members are committed to actively participating and contributing to its growth.

The enrollment fee is mandatory for any new member who wishes to join our community, as well as for previous members who have canceled their membership and wish to rejoin. We take our commitment to our members seriously and believe that everyone who joins the Inner Circle should be fully invested in its mission and goals.

As a member of the Inner Circle, you will enjoy a range of benefits and privileges not available anywhere else and networking opportunities with other high-level professionals and entrepreneurs, and the chance to collaborate on innovative projects and initiatives.

Billing Cycle

Credit Card Billing: All credit cards are automatically charged on the customer's specific billing cycle date. Late Fee: All past due accounts may be assessed a late fee. Delinquent Payments: In the event any payment is 30 days past due the account may be disabled until balances are paid in full. When disabled, all access will be suspended and data will be unavailable.

Fees

Late Fee: The Inner Circle may assess a $100 late fee for every week that payments are past the due date. Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, The Inner Circle may assess a $50.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.

Payment Methods

The Inner Circle accepts payments via credit card. The Inner Circle currently accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and VISA credit cards.

Subscription Billing

Invoices are generated and payments are collected at the beginning of each billing period. Customer billing periods typically begin on the day of the month in which the customer purchased the Inner Circle subscription. Customers must request to cancel their subscriptions at least 30 days prior to their next billing date in order to avoid being charged again. In the event of cancellation, customers will still have access to the Inner Circle sessions and dashboard through the end of their final billing period. The Inner Circle will not prorate any portion of unused subscription services.


All subscription fees are nonrefundable.

Cancellation Process

Creating a Cancellation request: If Client wishes to cancel, a 60-day notice must be provided before the next scheduled payment date, and additional cancellation fees may apply (2 months of membership payment). No refunds will be issued for payments made.

Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be turned over to a third-party collection service.

Membership Freeze

The Inner Circle's freeze option is a cost-effective and flexible way for members to suspend their membership temporarily. Members are allowed to freeze their membership once every 12 months for a time of maximum 6 months, with portion of the membership fees waived, paying a total of $500 per month.

During the freeze period, members will have full access to the Inner Circle group, meetings, dashboard, and all available materials. However, private calls with Rey or the AMP Team Services will not be available during the freeze period. This option allows members to maintain their connection to the community while accommodating personal commitments.

Billing Disputes

Each Inner Circle customer agrees to provide The Inner Circle 30 days to attempt settlement of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit card company or bank. Should The Inner Circle receive a chargeback from a third-party credit card company or bank on the customer's behalf before The Inner Circle has been given a chance to resolve the issue, The Inner Circle has the right to charge the customer for its time spent in resolving such disputes and any associated fees incurred by The Inner Circle, in addition to the $50 chargeback fee mentioned above. Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, The Inner Circle retains the right to collect on any Services or fees that are due. The Inner Circle may submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency.

Refunds

Subscriptions are nonrefundable and will not be prorated at any time.
